We want your complete satisfaction with everything we do and supply. Generally speaking, all sales are final.
However, if one of your items is damaged or broken upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an email in which you are able to provide a photo of the damaged product. You will have the option of having a credit with us here at Thirsty Merchants for a future purchase, or you may request to have a replacement item sent to you, pending that item is still in stock.
If an order is placed incorrectly, is the wrong size or you need to make a change and you have a "Ding Dong!" moment, we realise mistakes happen! So contact us ASAP. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the order, exchange and/or refund, but we will do our best to meet your complete satisfaction.
Sorry, all international sales are final but please drop us a line as per the above and we'll see what we can do. You might have to pick up the delivery costs but again we'll do our best to make it right. TM are not responsible for lost or unreceived items on international shipments.
SO WHAT’S ALL THIS PRINT LINGO?
We use advanced screen printing techniques. Our basic spot colour screen prints are crisp and our Pantone colour matches are excellent. We sometimes use a specialised under-base technique that creates vivid, sharp, tightly registered imprints on coloured garments, but we'll let you know if this applies to your particular design (this is for T-shirts & apparel and does not apply to our glassware products).
Here at Thirsty Merchants, we have you covered for garment screen printing using a 4-colour process or a simulated process for imprints. Note: Screen Printing will be used for orders of 25 garments or more in most cases and this is obviously more cost-effective the more you add. We also offer a screen holding of up to 6 months on large orders so you can avoid any artwork setup fees on your next order within 6 months.
Direct to Garment (Digital or DTG)
Our digital printing processes have been developed specifically to address quality, efficiency and cost, using the latest in printing technology to deliver cutting-edge digital printing options. Our advanced print-on-demand technology provides what you want – when you want it. Perfect for short runs of full colour designs because there are no screens required since we digitally print directly onto the shirts. Digital printing is the future of printing utilising highly specialised ink jet printers to produce high-resolution images with a soft hand. While it doesn't replace screen printing, particularly runs of 50 or more, it is an excellent option. Note: Digital printing will be used for orders less than 25 garments in most cases.
We have hundreds of thread colours to choose from and a variety of specialty threads. Our embroidery capabilities allow us to employ the latest embroidery techniques including puff embroidery, twill and felt and 270-degree cap embroidery which allows a hat to be embroidered with front and side logos in one operation.

Art will be quoted before production begins. If not specified on the purchase order, art size and placement will be at the discretion of the Art Department.
